  • 1/2 pear
  • 3 drops of lemon juice
  • 1 or 2 thin slices of pounders
  • a knob of butter
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar


Peel the pear and cut it into strips removing the heart and seeds.
Pour the brown sugar on a plate and dip in the pear slices.
Brown them in a pan with the butter.
Serve them with slices of pound.
