A classic dessert that always makes its little effect with gourmands: the four-quarter marbled chocolate. Easy and more!
Ingredients:
- 250 g of wheat flour Ebly
- 4 eggs
- 250 g caster sugar
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened chocolate powder
- 250 g melted butter
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
Preheat your oven to 180 ° C (tea 6).
Mix the eggs, the powdered sugar with the melted butter, then the flour, the bag of yeast and the pinch of salt, to obtain a smooth paste.
Separate the dough into 2, add the tablespoon of chocolate powder in half.
Pour into a large cake mold: first the plain dough, then the chocolate dough.
Cook 45 minutes.
Tip: Beat the egg whites into the snow and stir at the end of the recipe.
