For 4 people

  • 170 g of coral lentils
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 25 g of butter
  • 10 g fresh ginger
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • salt
  • pepper


Bake and peel the tomato. Peel and chop the onion. Peel and grate the ginger.

In a casserole, heat the butter and fry the onion and ginger.

Add lentils, tomato and turmeric. Pour 1 large glass of water, boil and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add the lemon juice, salt and pepper.
